Urelio provides:

• Code security scanning and vulnerability assessment
• Infrastructure security evaluation
• ISO 27001 compliance consulting and certification support
• Security monitoring and reporting services
• Technical support and consulting services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Cooperate with security assessments and recommendations

4. Confidentiality

We understand that our security services may involve access to sensitive information. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and will not disclose your confidential information except as required by law or with your explicit consent. All security findings and assessments are treated as confidential.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our security services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee that all security vulnerabilities will be identified or that compliance certification will be achieved. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, consulting services are billed based on agreed-upon rates and project scope. Subscription services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you will retain access to reports and documentation provided during the engagement, subject to confidentiality obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Urelio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
